Ohio diner serves up wedding ceremony - Dayton Daily News Posted: 14 Dec 2010 05:37 AM PST The Associated Press 8:40 AM Tuesday, December 14, 2010 MARSHALLVILLE, Ohio — Guests sat in booths, not church pews, for a wedding at an Ohio diner where the bride and groom often go for breakfast. Tim Shoenfelt proposed to Hallie Richwine in March in the parking lot at Deb's Heavenly Hash Diner. They returned Saturday to exchange vows at the eatery in Marshallville, 40 miles south of Cleveland. The new wife tells The Daily Record of Wooster (WU'-stur) the diner seemed like the perfect spot for their wedding because it's one of their favorite places. She met her husband 12 years ago at the University of Akron. They left the area for jobs in other states but both eventually returned to northeast Ohio, and they reconnected in 2008. The diner closed early for the day for the ceremony. Owner Debbie Grayson took breakfast orders from the guests. ___ Information from: The Daily Record, http://www.the-daily-record.com ___ December 14, 2010 01:36 PM EST Copyright 2010, The Associated Press.
