Wedding gown goddess Vera Wang has said "I do" to teaming up with David's Bridal for a bridal collection for the masses, the companies have announced in a press release. Sweet! Now where can we find one of those groom thingies? Though the collection's name has yet to be revealed, Wang did spill some details about bringing her A-list gowns to the mainstream market. Priced under $1,500 (commence squealing), the collection will hit stores in early Spring 2011 and include bridal gowns and accessories, with bridesmaid dresses (the non-ugly kind!) and shoes later on. "I am thrilled for the chance to bring my very specific vision to David's Bridal, the biggest wedding retailer in America," the designer says in a press statement. "The ability to grow my sphere of influence in the bridal world is both a huge creative and business opportunity and one I am so excited about." Vera Wang designed Ivanka Trump's wedding dress for her 2009 wedding to Jared Kushner. Heck, we expect some wives are already planning their renewal ceremonies after hearing about this score. "This exciting, new partnership will now enable us to serve even more of America's brides, including those who could only dream of wearing a Vera Wang gown," adds Bob Huth, President and CEO of David's Bridal. "We understand the importance of a bride's special day, and we're very proud to be able to complement the strength of our existing brands with an outstanding and exclusive collection by the most revered bridal designer in the world." Wow. This just might be the best thing to happen to brides since... um... engagement rings. Meanwhile, read about J.Crew's wedding jewelry line with Miriam Haskell. ET Exclusive: 'Tooth Fairy' Shenanigans and 'Fairy-oke'! - WNYT Posted: 20 Apr 2010 06:21 PM PDT | On Tuesday night's "Dancing with the Stars," Kate Gosselin and Pam Anderson found themselves in the bottom two. It was ultimately the reality TV mom of eight Kate who got the boot. She took the news tearfully, telling host Tom Bergeron, "I need a minute," as she used a tissue to dab tears from her eyes, but received a standing ovation from the supportive audience. Kate said that she had had a gut feeling that she would be going home tonight, but said, "It's okay. I'm very, very honored to have been here."
